How to purchase the stationery items you need from NTC?
Through phone and email. It is possible to buy from website also, we prefer the later because website need more refining. Mobile phone number and email is given in the website, you can call or mail and order the items you need. The products you ordered will be delivered to the address given by you. Else, send us a mail with your address.
How the products are delivered?
Our transporting section will bring the products to the address given by you. Our staff will contact you on phone when reaching. You can pay the bill with cash while delivering. There will be no charges for transportation if total price is above 500 QAR.
How long will it take to deliver the products?
Usually the products will be delivered on the same day or next day if ordered by phone or email and within 2-5 days from the date of order if ordered on website.
What if the product you need is not in stock?
We always keep the stock updated. If product is not in stock, we will bring it to stock at the earliest and will inform you if you have requested.
How to return any products if you receive a damaged piece?
We only deliver good quality products which are double checked. Though, you can contact us via email or phone. If the terms and conditions are met, we will replace the item or return the cash if you don’t need replacement. Refer NTC's return policy
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by NTC
Does NTC deliver internationally?
As of now, NTC doesn't deliver items internationally. We serve within Qatar and Items are delivered within Qatar. Refer our shipping policy
What are the delivery charges?
NTC incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps us offset logistics costs.
